The innovative design of a backless bra was first introduced to the public through the TV show called American  Inventor. It  makes possible to wear a well supporting bra even while wearing a dress which has the whole back open. This is because it usually has two silicone cups that are attached to each of the brests with either a glue that can be easily removed, or with the suction created by the form of the cup. The material used to make these kind of bras is usually silicone or some kind of foam that enables the vacuum to keep the bra in place. They are seamless and very hard to detect under any kind of clothing.
